• Photos and files: profile photos and reservation attachments (reports, exercises, documents) you upload through the app.
• Reservation data: bookings assigned to you, session notes, attendance records, and daily reports.
• Device data: push notification tokens (FCM) to deliver alerts about reservations and account activity.
• Technical data: crash diagnostics via Firebase Crashlytics to improve app stability.

How we use information

• Authenticate you and operate your partner account.
• Assign and manage home-visit reservations.
• Send service-related push notifications.
• Provide technical support and improve app reliability.

Access to photos and files

When you upload a profile photo or attachments, the app requests permission to access your photo library or files. We only access files you explicitly select.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers such as Google Firebase (messaging, analytics, Crashlytics). Data may be disclosed when required by law or to protect users and the service.

Retention

We retain account and reservation data while your account is active and as needed for legal or operational purposes. You may delete your account from the app menu.
